Some comments:

The number of members may be too small in that between the seven
members they may not have enough technical expertise or time to
evaluate a given article.  In the past, this has been a problem even
though the admin group has been growing.

I don't think that the Monkey Speak group should be implementing
solutions.  Changing of the categories and structure will require a
lot of work which the coders and the database people will need to do.
