big +1... this would be a temporary solution until thecharter has it
all worked out... i would like to spread some of thelist management
across more than just one person, so i'd like to move on that sooner
rather than later...

suggestion on a temporary decision-making process?

coverage, and most have done it before, so there's no training
needed...  i do *not* want too many people on, not right now, not
before we know where we're going...
