[Theforum] IRC discussion -- structure?

I feel like this structuring thing would benefit from some real-time
discussion.

IRC is the closest approximation and we could use the WIKI system as our
chalkboard.

Does anyone think this would be a good idea at this point?

Naturally, the whole session would be logged and notes taken and final
+1 voting/buy-in happening here in theforum and then across the other
lists.

The hardest thing to do is get everyone at a certain time across the
globe. And, the people that have been doing a lot of the
thinking/formulating thus far would need to be there, if possible.

Any thoughts?
