Yup.

The people on that list get identified on the appropriate list's info
page, and get sent any admin mails that go out.

There is no enforced relationship between this list of people and those
with the password to do the admining. You could put in someone who
doesn't have access, or leave out someone who does.

fwiw the 800 emails only applies to thelist. thechat normally gets maybe
4-5 a day.
