Neither was in error. Ya, some shit got through that shouldn't have been
there, and ya, people use it for stuff that the front page of meo said
it shouldn't be used for. The service was run without your lawyer
mentality though, with a bit of flexibility, and the hope that people
wouldn't take advantage of that flexibility & generosity.
