This *really* sounds like the one to share between list admins...

If we're using the sysAdmin=platform/ListMgt=content split mentioned on
http://freezope2.nipltd.net/acorn/evolt/CaseStudy2
then the root shell password probably belongs with the sysAdmin group and
the list admin passwords with the list management group.
