the listadmins would belong to one of the five groups

sure is easy to feel discouraged, that's only natural

take heart, for things will start to get going quickly now

we have many people eager to help, and what is required is a leader at the
top of each of the five groups that makes it happen

therefore if something's not happening, let's look to the appropriate group
amongst those five who would take care of it

who are the leader(s) of each of the five groups?
