we can't possibly know if #2 is being satisfied if we don't have numbers in
hand that indicate current expenses meo is creating. so, while i agree that
#1 is important (and the mission of this thread), i don't believe we can
assess the liability meo creates and therefore the actions we need to take
with regard to it without all the facts.
