a) Stuff that's wrong with it at the moment:

Jeff, can you please send that over ASAP. We'll also need a final dump
just before the cutover (CCing this to you in case you're just scanning
theforum subjects)

The current DB has all the pws hashed for security reasons doesn't it?
We'll probably have to live with this.

Presumably this would fix minor code display issues. We can probably have
a think at some point whether textareas are still the best choice for
displaying code btw.

If we could do it for then (even if it's not perfect), then that would be
fantastic.

I would guess that with our current number of PHP wizards, this shouldn't
be impossible.
