Actually, I like the idea of how evolt was to start with - a self- 
selecting, single group that did everything, and talked to each  
other. It was small enough, and sufficiently mutually respecting to  
not need the formality of votes.

...and went out of its way to actively talent-spot and recruit new  
blood.
