Yeah, hasn't for a while.

It used to point to a Plone site before we moved to tempest,
but tbh, mostly it was beervolt co-ordination, and now that *all*
our regular London beervolters are now not in London, it seemed
a bit pointless... and we're mostly in #evolt anyway.
