I am in the process of updating the "About Us" and Writers Guidelines on
evolt.org.  (The edits I've had on t.e.o. for some time.)

It will take a while to get these totally refined.  If you see a typo or
anything obvious to edit/fix in them, feel free to go in and edit it.  If
something big comes up, let me/list know also.

You will also note I've made accompanying link changes to the secondary
nav menu (blue horizontal bar).
