Or even better:

Use outsourced partner (assumed: that doesn't suck), which avoids 3-5  
loop, and step 0 which is "come up with investment cash for first  
batch, build site to handle, work out process for handling and other  
back office stuff that's more hassle than just watching the money come  
in".
