using <div> is one way... and may offer better results in NN4.x... 
however:

- 'align' attribute is deprecated in favor of CSS...
- <center> is deprecated in favor of CSS...

so, using the <div align="center"> is the same as <table 
align="center"> since they are both as deprecated as the other... 
i'd just skip the <div> at that point and stuff the align right into the 
<table>...
