depending on your server environment, and if you have administrative access
to your server, i would say apache and mod_perl is the way to go.

what you can do once you get it all installed is map a certain file
extension (in the apache conf) to get parsed by a perl program to spit out
what you need. best of all, it's completely custom, so there aren't any
hoops to jump through.

if you want some more technical info on how to set it all up and get it
working, let me know
