Yeah, but done properly, the height attribute on tables works just fine in
every browser I've tested (NN3-6 & IE3-5 both Mac & Win).  Also, even
though "*" may not be officially supported or spec'ed, it actually does
work quite well in all browsers for what I want it to do.
