I know it's been discussed a million times before and I should be slapped 
for not jotting it down somewhere the last time I saw it but can some one 
tell me where to find some development contract examples online?  Does 
anyone here develop, in house, for an ISP?  If so, and I don't think this 
has anything to do with the "price fixing" discussion currently going on, 
what's the percentage breakdown between you and the ISP?
