that will be great... my take on the opening volley: "Cut your hair!"  
"Can't we all just get along?" ... i wear both hats over here, and 
sometimes i feel like the cranky engineer father, and other times i 
feel like the long-haired flake kid... yes, i'm stereotyping - shut up.

(can we tell who the ALA fans are?)
