Friends: I've seen some examples of a few sites that allow you to create screensavers online (at least for PC users) like http://www.screensaverfactory.com/ I'd like to roll my own similar creation tool, if possible. Any tips on how this can this be done without using PHP (maybe with Perl/CF/ASP ?)
