when i validated the following page
[http://www.cyklotron.com/journal/countries/colombia/19941221a] at the w3c
website I got the following error:

*    Line 59, column 828:

  ... n Spanish about El Parque de San Antonio." target="_new" href="http://
...
                                                        ^
Error: there is no attribute "target"
