	Sorry, I half-posted and posted without seeing your reply to Erika's
note. The only way I can think of that you can target a window without using
the target attribute, and thus be compliant with the strict dtd, is to use
scripting. But be sure to consider whether you can meet the needs of your
target audience by complying with the strict dtd -- it might not be worth
it.
