from the Adobe press release:

"Adobe is currently revamping its licensing program to
respond to businesses that require flexible, global
solutions when making volume purchases of Adobe software.
Consumers who purchase single copies of Adobe software are
not affected by this new licensing program and can continue
to purchase Adobe products at prices set by current sales
channels. Adobe will be will be rolling out this new program
at the beginning of September. Further details will be
included in an official announcement."

so this shouldn't affect non-bulk, non-volume purchases...
