This one's easy.  The server is running UNIX and is case sensitive.
Your HTML has the regular images with the capital GIF extensions.
Your rollovers have lowercase gif extensions.  If you make it so all
the images in your HTML have lowercase extensions and all your images
on the server do, you should be fine.
You can also change all the gifs in the HTML and javascript to GIFs (search and
replace) and make sure the ones on the server are all capitalized.
