Some folks were concerned about being able to vote in the upcoming
elections.
I sent a note to Andrew at ICANN about this.

This was the reply:

Hi!  The last of the PIN letters went out early this week.  We'll give
people at least a month to get the letters and activate.  We're currently
looking at an activation deadline of September 8, to be posted within a day
or so.

The deadline for nomination endorsements is currently August 31, but we'll
be watching closely to see if that gives everyone enough time to get the
letters, get activated, and participate.

So If you got the first part done, and thanks to everyone who went through
this process, you should be able to vote by activating your membership with
your snail mail pin number, by September 8.
