Matt,
I don't have any programmers (YET), I am basically a one-man show who is
starting to get bigger clients with much more complicated needs. If I get
the contract I will be hiring a couple of freelancers to complete the
project.

Speaking of hiring freelancers, has anyone on the list had success either
hiring freelancers or freelancing for other list members who aren't
geographically in the same area.

thanks,
warren
