[thelist] accessibility finding: another victory for the visually impaired (testing)

Good Morning all!

	I have seen this string for several days and I have not seen any mention of
a way to test sites for accessibility
Although it may be common knowledge to everyone on the list, you can test
your sites at www.cast.org. You can test via the net or you can download the
same program and test locally.
