This project is actually for an inner-city apartment complex, the site will 
be for owners/tenants use only - Access should hopefully handle it.

Although they are thinking of expanding the site to other apartment blocks 
if successful. I can upgrade to MS SQL Server but it'll cost a bit and I'd 
rather not pass those costs on to the customer at this point in time.  I 
guess if I do, I'll be asking thelist at that point about how to get data 
from Access to SQL Server..
