Seriously, domain names are starting to show up as a serious proportion of 
the economies of these pacific island nations.

I'm sure this isn't want you're asking, but just in case:  Domain names can 
be hosted anywhere.  They're just a name, and regardless of what country 
code they are under they can be hosted by any server.
