Meredith,

Don't panic.
Start by sending an email to yourself using the same mail server that is
used when sending the form data. Most probably you'll find the same delay.
If so it could be a network problem, an overworked mail server or something
else and a bit out of your control.
If the email arrives with no or only a slight delay, well under the 30 min
you're experiencing then check out how the data is being sent to the mailer.
Is it being cached or does each email get processed asap. Is the traffic
high ? this is the type of thing you should check first.
