[thelist] Same Code Section in 50+ Pages

client site with lots of static pages, SAME FORM ON EVERY PAGE!!!!!

what is the best way to write the code in a file by itself and have it
included in each page?

it is standard html code, nothing special except the same code goes on
50+ pages.  I haven't build many sites and do not have the experience to
know the best way to accomplish this.
