[thelist] Rewards of critiques

I've been a moderator of web design on a site for almost 6 years
(www.i-us.com). Part of my function there is to give out site critiques.
Most are first time "web designers" who need a gentle reminder that just
because you *can* doesn't mean you should. :)

However, every so often something comes across the desk that makes me say,
"This is why it's worth it!"
