[thelist] include() a header

Aint it always the way...six hours of work to no avail, a desperate plea for
help and then the answer fall in your lap.

syntax to include a file of html i.e. a header or footer
<?php
include("foo.txt");
?>
The file your calling from must have the extension .php
</tip>

Now if only I can work out how to call a file with all my table colour
variables in it...
