the page is http://www2.mtnsms.com/sms/xsms.asp, but i guess you won't be 
able to see it without registering (i registered a long time ago and it's 
always recognised me ever since so i often forget you have to register).

you have nothing to fear from registering, they've never spammed me at all.

hardly!  i think it's run by south african telecom or something.  they were 
the first popular site for sending mobile phone SMS messages from the web.
