one last question:
we got a six week development (=programming spectra and html) time for this 
spectra project. There will be a rather detailed tech spec and all that 
already done then.
It will be a simplified clickz.com type of site (no forums yet, ....), but 
it needs to be solid coz we'll build upon it in the following months/years.

How realistic is that a timeframe, judging from spectra projects you've 
worked on. I can kind of guess the development time and debugging time of a 
php project, but I've never worked with spectra. We will hopefully have 1 
experienced spectra developer and 1 newie spectra developerr, and someone 
seperate for the html templates.
