Try the FTP server from deerfield
http://ftpserv-u.deerfield.com/

easy to set up, need to make some EASY registry edits to make it a service,
but it works really well!

I have set this up to allow macs, PC, Unix, LINUX and video servers to
transfer files back in forth.

We've had IIS's ftp server take its sweet time returning directory listings;
its not a client issue. Dump IIS's ftp server. 'nuf said.
