[thelist] printing out a webpage that doesn't cut off the last inch to the right

OK, just a plain print out from IE5.5
A4 Paper (quoting number of last visible notch)

Ricoh (printer/fax/photocopier beast... not a tame household one, but an 
all signing all dancing office size thing!)
645x1025

HPCL 8500N (b&w driver)
645x1020

Collating these together (if anyone sends anymore!) and slapping them in an 
article might be nice? something like the (almost) definitive page print size?
I suppose to be totally useful, we should make things printable to A4 width 
and US height?
