	You can put your form in a separate layer and turn off its visibility when
the drop-down navigation layer is opened, and turn its visibility back on
when the menu is closed. Potentially tricky, though, depending on how
complex your form is and how your drop-down menu is set up. You will run
into the same problem with the <select> element in IE4+.
