Hey there evoltians,

Can any of the CF developer types out there give me a bit of help?  I'm
looking for a CF developer job description.  I'm in the position to hire a
fulltime CF developer (here in lovely CT) and I don't have a job description
to even start from.

Additionally, if there are any CF developers out there who would be
interested in learning more about this position (lead developer of a
multi-million dollar e-commerce site), please drop me a message off-list.
