Dreamweaver has a built-in "clean up word" function that works quite well. 
You should find that off the Commands menu. Also if you have Homesite, you 
can build a customized codesweeper that will format the code exactly as you 
want it. I get a lot of files from clients in word format and find that 
this system works quite well.
