Is RDS running on the machine your trying to connect to ?

WINNT - check your services - make sure it's running
Linux/Solaris - issue a 'ps -aelf | grep -i rds'

Frustration: I've just installed the 4.5 upgrade over my 4.0, and 
have lost access to my RDS server from within Studio. I get the error 
"The connection to the server cannot be established". I can access 
the CF Administrator with no problem.

Can someone suggest what the problem might be?
