[thelist] Knuckle-headed SQL Question

Awright...here's the scoop. I built a database to keep track of a large
volume of information (fonts) -- the site's www.fontosaurus.com. Anyway, I
should have included a column for this, but I didn't.
I have a column named FontName, which keeps track of the full name of the
font. What I need to be able to do is a lookup based on the first letter of
the name in that column.
(Am I being clear here? What I need to do, is based on FontName, pull up
every entry where FontName starts with "A".)
Also, I need to be able to run a query where it will grab all the entries in
FontName that start with a number.
I didn't bring my damn SQL reference to the office with me today, and have
nothing to do here, so I've been plugging away at my personal stuff. :-)
Help! :-)
