[thelist] IIS from NT to Win2k

My sysadmin told me ask my "IIS-savvy friends"
(aka 'evolt')
whether it would be problematic to upgrade a server running:

NT 4.0 (service pack 6A)
IIS 5
CF 4.5

to Windows 2000.

Anything I (he) should know?

Because
I don't know nothin' 'bout upgrading no Windows OS...
but I think someone on this list will.
