I recovered some data from tape to a directory in my unix system and tried
to upload certain tables to my oracle database which resides in the unix
machine.
this was successful, but when i tried to FTP these tables from a windows NT
workstation so they can reside on the local machine for onward uploading to
another unix machine, i don't get any success.
But this is successful when the tables are FTPd from a second unix machine
