That was the problem I had on our site, www.creativebase.com, and was
on of the reasons for using two different style sheets. The problem,
I found, was even worse in the case of some Macs (in IE what's more), where
fonts such as 8pt Verdana are completely illegible by being too small. So:
for IE, I used px measures, for netscape, pt measures.
