[thelist] Problems connecting to database on new server

Hello all,

I am setting up my new server and seem to be having a few problems 
connecting to the database via php.  I am using PHP Version 4.0.3 pl1.  The 
error that I am getting is Access denied for user: '@localhost' to database 
'user'.  The script runs fine on my current server.  Can anyone think of 
anything to point me in the write direction?

I know this is probably a very simple question, but it is early here and I 
haven't been to bed yet.

Any help for this weary mind is appreciated.
