The user opens the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat, and then they are able to
fill out the form. The fill-in 'fields' are not visible as they are on
standard html forms. You just click on the various answer lines and you
are able to type info in. An example of this is at the IRS's fill-in forms
page at http://www.irs.gov/forms_pubs/fillin.html. You can click on any of
the forms on the bottom and you will see what I mean.
Right now, I create PDF files using Adobe Illustrator -- can I use that to
make the answer lines 'fillable'? Or do I need the pumped up paid version
of Adobe Acrobat?
