[thelist] Adobe PDF Fill-in Forms

The user opens the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat, and then they are able to 
fill out the form.  The fill-in 'fields' are not visible as they are on 
standard html forms.  You just click on the various answer lines and you 
are able to type info in.  An example of this is at the IRS's fill-in forms 
page at http://www.irs.gov/forms_pubs/fillin.html.  You can click on any of 
the forms on the bottom and you will see what I mean.

Right now, I create PDF files using Adobe Illustrator -- can I use that to 
make the answer lines 'fillable'?  Or do I need the pumped up paid version 
of Adobe Acrobat?
