[thelist] N6 and Percents

No problem Kyle - thanks everyone for your input.

It stinks that N6 is blatently ignoring percents... I'll have to find the 
place on Netscape to report it.  I had little 3 row table setup that 
centered a piece directly in the middle of the screen by putting it in the 
2nd row and making that row be 100% in height.

You can see how it works in IE5.x and N4.x at http://breadweb.net.  Look at 
it in N6 and it doesn't work.
