Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions for the thumbnail viewer/printer.
I ended up using i-view. It's a shareware program available at
http://www.iview-multimedia.com/

Registered version is only $25. Easy to set up and use. I will be upgrading
to PhotoShop 6 soon but i-view is a great solution for thumbnail needs if
you don't have the need for PhotoShop.
