Hi Frank,

Yup, it is safe to delete.  If you have Win98, go to Start, Programs,
Accessories, System Tools, Disk Cleanup (if the option is available).

Also, if you have a directory c:\temp that you did not create, i.e. was
creating during installation of a program, it should be safe to delete as
well.
