Yes, I agree with all the responses as well.
The issue is not that I don't care to learn new skills;
I have taken courses in JavaScript and NT System Administration
and ColdFusion and Access and more, but having the basic knowledge
versus actually using that knowledge are too different animals.

For instance, I have taken a course in JavaScript programming for beginners,
so I can recognize scripts and can code easy ones...but once they get
sophisticated,
either I look it up in a book or spend hours scouring the web for the right
script
that can be modified for the right reasons, etc. But my point is, because I
am not
a javascript programmer, doesn't mean I can't do complex scripting; but if
someone else
who is more knowledgeable can do it, why not take advantage of that? That's
my point.
I am the master of many technologies...but only an expert in a few.
